1. Overview

Medivied provides a directory service where medical influencers can list their profiles, allowing paying brands to discover and contact them for potential collaborations. Medivied does not mediate, negotiate, or guarantee any agreements between influencers and brands.

2. Registration and Profile Listing (Medical Influencers)

• By joining Medivied, medical influencers grant full permission for all paying brands to view their profile and contact them directly.
• Influencers are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information when setting up their profiles. This may include, but is not limited to:
  • Name
  • Professional credentials
  • Areas of expertise
  • Social media links
  • Engagement metrics
  • Contact details
  • Other relevant information
• Medivied does not edit or verify the accuracy of profile information and is not responsible for any misrepresentation by influencers.

3. Access and Usage (Brands)

• Brands can only access the Medivied directory upon successful payment of the applicable fee.
• Login credentials must not be shared externally. Any unauthorized sharing may result in account termination without refund.
• Medivied reserves the right to remove any brand from the platform if we receive negative feedback from influencer members regarding their conduct.

4. Platform Role and Responsibilities

• Medivied acts solely as a directory service and does not participate in negotiations, contracts, or financial transactions between influencers and brands.
• Medivied is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages resulting from engagements facilitated through the platform.
• Both influencers and brands are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreement.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Brands must pay the required fee to gain access to the directory.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• Medivied reserves the right to change pricing and access terms at its discretion.

6. Termination and Account Removal

• Medivied reserves the right to remove any user (brand or influencer) who violates these terms.
• Influencers may request to delete their profile at any time by contacting support.
• Brands removed due to misconduct will not be eligible for refunds.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• Medivied does not sell or distribute user data to third parties.
• By registering, users agree to Medivied storing and displaying their submitted information.
• Brands must not extract or misuse influencer data beyond the intended purpose of collaboration.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

• Medivied makes no guarantees regarding the number or quality of collaborations an influencer or brand may secure.
• Medivied is not responsible for any misleading information presented in user profiles.
• Users engage with each other at their own risk, and Medivied bears no liability for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from connections made via the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

Medivied may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
